Massage services are offered at my office on Central Avenue in Dover by appointment only. I specialize in prenatal massage and postpartum massage during the childbearing year, but serve people in all stages of life and life-giving.

About My Massage Services:
I have a low-volume massage practice so that I can dedicate the time and energy to each of my clients that they deserve. I space clients out appropriately to allow time to talk before and after sessions and to thoroughly disinfect my space and equipment between clients. If you book a 60 minute session, you will get at least 60 minutes of hands-on time. Please arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible and allow for extra time in your schedule to accommodate the intake/outtake process.
I strive to use the healthiest massage and cleaning products for my own health and yours. During massage sessions I exclusively use organic jojoba oil on my clients, for laundry I use seventh generation detergent, and for cleaning and disinfecting of my office space and equipment I use a peroxide-based cleaner that is EPA approved for killing COVID and all the other fun diseases. I often diffuse lavender essential oil in my office, so please let me know if this is problematic for you and I will make sure to have it turned off during your session.
If you are pregnant, you will be positioned face down or in a sidelying position (whichever you prefer, usually) on my completely customizable orthopedic cushioning system. We will spend ample time ensuring that you and your baby are safely and comfortably positioned before we start. For face-up time, I will adjust my fully electric table into a semi-reclined position so that you are not flat on your back. Very large chested clients and newly postpartum clients experiencing breast engorgement can also be accommodated with a special chest cushion with cutouts that greatly reduce discomfort from breast compression.
Please Note: Due to the unpredictable nature of doula work, please understand that I sometimes have to reschedule appointments. I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if your scheduled time with me may be affected by a baby on the way.

My schedule ebbs and flows with the seasons and I am sometimes looking out a few weeks to a month for scheduling, so please reach out early when possible. I occasionally have last minute availability due to clients going into labor, etc., and I maintain a cancelation list that I’d be happy to put you on if my next available appointment is further out than you're hoping for.
If you are looking for outside of banker’s hours, I have evening hours on Mondays and Tuesdays. Weekend appointments are generally not available. Please let me know if you absolutely require a weekend appointment and I will see what I can do to accommodate you!
